Polystyrene Insulation Doesn't Belong in Green Building

Here's an interesting article criticizing ICFs (insulated concrete forms) for the hazardous chemicals that are found within the insulation.

  1. so ICF's are good for the building, but not particularly good for our health. That's interesting, especially since we just came from a 1001 New Hampshire building visit that used a double dose of ICF for insulation. Does this article mean that ICFs should be on the chopping blocks of the LEED credit system?
